An early 20th century 18ct gold old-cut diamond and sapphire three-stone ring.

Estimated diamond weight 0.55ct, K-L colour, VS clarity.
Sapphire calculated total weight 1.12cts, based on estimated dimensions of 5 by 4.3 by 3.3mms.
