A late 19th century silver and gold old-cut diamond clip.
Estimated total diamond weight 2.35cts, H-L colour, VS2-P2 clarity.

<li>Scratches and small dents. Varied discolouration.
<li>Later clip fitting.
<li>Later white metal plating.
<li>Diamonds appear well matched.
<li>Principal diamond estimated weight 0.50ct.
<li>Four diamonds with small nick/chips, one of the principal diamonds with moderate chip to the girdle.
<li>Back plate electronically tests as approximately 9ct gold.
