An early to mid 20th century gold old-cut diamond, emerald, sapphire, ruby, citrine and amethyst clasp.
Estimated total diamond weight 0.75ct, G-I colour, VS-SI clarity.
Length 2.5cms. 5.9gms.

<li>Scratches and small dents. Minor pitting.
<li>Clasp for a single strand necklace.
<li>Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
<li>Ruby appears a light medium pinky red hue.
<li>Sapphire appears a deep blue hue.
<li>Citrine is a vibrant orangey yellow hue.
<li>Amethyst is a medium deep slightly pinkish purple hue.
<li>Emeralds are a fairly well matched light medium to medium slightly bluish green hue.
<li>Coloured gems with general nibbles and moderate abrasions. Amethyst chipped under a claw.
<li>Calculated weight of sapphire 0.39ct, based on estimated dimensions of 4.2 by 4 by 2.5mms.
<li>Electronically tests as approximately 17-18ct gold.
<li>Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns.
