Enamel to the reverse appears covered in a glue-like substance which is cracked. Possible damages to the enamel underneath, unable to ascertain.

Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
Ruby appears a deep red.
