A mid 19th century gold agate cameo and rose-cut diamond cluster ring, carved to depict Omphale in profile.

Condition Report
General light marks, typical discolouration and wear. One diamond deficient.Some fissures to background of cameo appear to have been filled with glue.
Individual size and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents accurate carat, colour and clarity assessment.
Some diamonds with nicks and surface reaching inclusions.
Length of ring head 2.7cms.
Some abrasion, wear and discolouration to carving.
