A mid Victorian 18ct gold snake ring, with diamond crest and eyes.
Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1868. Ring size Q. 7.5gms.

Scratches and marks. Wear to the engraving.
Band has been altered/welded together, some discolouration and marks. Hallmarks partially obscured.
Diamond crest is a brilliant-cut, presumed replacement, approximate weight 0.07ct.
Eyes are set with rose-cut diamonds, one rose-cut diamond is cracked in two, associated small chips.
Varied wear to the mounts.
Approximate width 1.1cms.
