An early 20th century 18ct gold and seed pearl mounted portrait miniature brooch of a bearded gentleman.
French assay marks. Diameter 3.3cms. 8.4gms.

Surface scratches and minimal marks.
Seed pearls untested for natural origin.
Seed pearls appear a fairly well matched creamy white. Slight variation in overtones and lustre.
Portrait appears in good condition, slight dirt under the glass. No obvious signs of paint loss. Backed in mother-of-pearl.
