A late Victorian gold split pearl and black enamel star brooch, with snake-link swag and tassels.
Length 7cms. 17.8gms.
With fitted James Muirhead & Son, Glasgow case.

Condition Report
Slight surface scratches.
Small dents visible to the reverse.
Acid discolouration to the reverse and a tassel.
Glazed locket to reverse.
Split pearl appears a silvery white, good lustre.
Electronically tests as approximately 20ct gold, presumed interference from gilt finish.
