Band resized, discolouration to the back of the band.
Some probable replacement gems.
Split pearls appear fairly well matched, varied discolouration and wear.
Some split pearls appear ill-fitting to the mount.
Sapphire appears a fairly bright medium blue.
Very approximate estimated visible dimensions 7.5 by 6.1 by 3.5mms.
Width 1.3cms.
