A late Victorian gold old-cut diamond and emerald snake, with later brooch fittings.
Estimated total diamond weight 0.95ct, I-J colour, SI2-P1 clarity.

Condition Report
Light marks and wear. Dark discolouration and change to gold tone where previous item of jewellery has been amended. Dark discolouration to localised area of snake tail.
Diamonds are fairly bright and lively.
Diamonds are fairly well matched.
Two diamonds with surface reaching fissures, visible to the unaided eye. Four diamonds chipped.
Emerald is a deep green hue, well saturated with fairly good clarity.
Emerald with small nicks to crown facets.
With fitted case.
