Lot Description
An 18ct gold star sapphire pendant, with brilliant-cut diamond surround and baguette-cut diamond surmount, by Geoffrey Turk.
Sapphire calculated weight 19.46cts, based on estimated dimensions of 13.3 by 11.2 by 12.1mms.
Estimated total diamond weight 2.40cts, G-I colour, VS2-SI1 clarity.
Hallmarks for London, 1992. Length 3cms. 9.7gms.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and small marks.
Surmount is hinged to the reverse.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Two baguette-cut diamonds with minor nicks at the corners.
Sapphire shows a transluscent light medium blue. Colour zoning visible. Fair asterism, fairly fine, focused rays.
Sapphire is slightly loose within the mount.
