Apparently unmarked with regard to metal and maker.
Surmount is hinged to the reverse.
Diamonds appear bright and mostly well matched.
Few diamonds appear P1 clarity.
Tanzanite appears a deep slightly violetish blue. Moderate window effect. Minimal abrasions.
