A Chinese mid 20th century silver gilt pierced and carved coral bead graduated two-strand necklace, with coral and jade bead highlights.
Length 53cms. 110.7gms.
Jade and coral untested for natural colour origin.

Condition Report
Clasp stamped CHINA SILVER to reverse of coral mount.
Varied wear to the gilt finish. Small damages to the scrolling spacers between the beads.
Coral untested for natural colour origin.
Coral appear a fairly well matched orangey pink, with slight variations in saturation of colour. Some white colour zoning. Slight dark discolouration/polyp holes.
Coral beads estimated diameter 8.4 to 9.7mms.
Length of polished coral accent beads next to the jadeite beads 13.8 to 15.2mms.
Jace untested for natural colour origin.
Jadeite jade appear a fairly well matched mottled green. Varied slight yellow staining/discolouration.
Estimated diameter 8.6 to 9.4mms.
Varied surface reaching inclusions/fissures. One jade bead is partially drilled to the centre of the bead additionally to the drill hole.
