A mid 20th century 18ct gold sapphire and diamond foliate brooch.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and minor marks.
One side of the stem is fractured.
Acid discolouration and small marks to the side of the stem.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
Sapphires appear a well matched medium deep blue. Minor abrasions.
