An early to mid 20th century platinum Sri Lankan sapphire and single-cut diamond ring.
Verbal from GCS, stating Sri Lanka, no heat.
Sapphire calculated weight 4.27cts, based on estimated dimensions of 10.2 by 9.1 by 4.9mms.
Estimated total diamond weight 1ct.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and minor marks. General dirt.
Band resized, yellow solder, discolouration and thinning to the back of the band.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
Sapphire appears a medium, very slightly violetish blue. Central window effect.
Abrasion and nibbles to facet edges.
Length of ring head 1.9cms.
