An early 20th century 18ct gold and platinum old-cut diamond, garnet and pearl scrolling foliate brooch.
Estimated total diamond weight 1.65cts, H-K colour, SI1-P1 clarity.
Stamped '18ct & Pt'. Length 4.8cms. 9.2gms.

Diamonds appear bright and mostly fairly well matched.
Pearl untested for natural origin.
Pearl is a yellowy cream hue. Noticeable wear to the nacre layers.
Garnets appear a fairly well matched deep slightly brownish and slightly purplish red. Mostly facet-edge abrasions.
