A late Victorian gold reverse-carved and painted rock crystal roundel, believed to depict an English Mastiff, on later 9ct gold bar.
Bar with hallmarks for Chester, 1948. Length 4.5cms. 9.2gms.

Scratches and small marks. Varied discolouration.
Clasp is slightly dented, requires attention.
Painted dog panel and mount have later bar, bar mostly covers engraved initials/monogram.
