An early to mid Victorian shell cameo brooch, carved to depict Queen Victoria, by Saulini, in a woven gold mount.

Surface scratches and varied discolouration.
Later base metal safety chain.
Fine cracks to the top of the shell.
Mount electronically tests as approximately 20ct gold. Pin assumed lower carat.
