Vacheron Constantin - Les Historiques 'Tour de L'ile' wrist watch. 18ct rose gold case. Case width 31mm. Reference 48100, serial 629470. Signed automatic calibre 1190, numbered 811420. Silvered dial with arrowhead hour markers, Roman numerals to two, four, eight and ten, power reserve indicator to twelve, subsidiary calendar dial to six. Fitted to an unsigned brown alligator strap with signed 18ct rose gold pin buckle.
