Lot Description
Baume & Mercier - a chronograph wrist watch. Yellow metal case stamped 18K with poincon. Case width 37mm. Reference 3940, serial 116070. Signed manual wind calibre 148. Light champagne dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to three and nine, outer telemeter track. Fitted to an unsigned brown alligator strap with gold plated pin buckle. Box.

Condition Report
Movement is currently functioning. The chronograph counts one minute, but has not been tested further due to time constraints. The pushers are slightly wobbly but do function.
Movement is worn with some surface rust and noticeable scratches and marks visible to the naked eye.
Dial appears to have noticeable marks and scratches.
Hands show noticeable marks and tarnishing.
Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
Case shows scratches, marks and dints.
Crown has scratches and marks.
Strap shows wear with visible marks, creasing and discolouration.
Buckle shows noticeable marks and scratches.
This lot does not come with box or papers.
