Cartier - a Calibre De Cartier wrist watch. Stainless steel case with exhibition case back. Case width 43mm. Reference 3299, serial 476226QX. Signed automatic calibre 1904-PS. Black dial with Roman numeral hour markers, baton hour markers to four and eight, subsidiary seconds dial to six, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed black alligator strap with stainless steel folding clasp.
