An early to mid 20th century platinum and gold, Burmese sapphire cabochon and old-cut diamond clip.
Verbal from GCS, stating Burma, no heat.
Sapphire calculated weight 4.69cts, based on estimated dimensions of 10.8 by 7.6 by 5.3mms.
Estimated total diamond weight 2.85cts, G-K colour, VS2-P1 clarity.
Length 3.3cms. 11gms.

Surface scratches and varied small marks.
Probable repairs, discolouration to the back clip and fittings around the sapphire mount. Slight soft solder visible.
Diamonds appear bright and mostly fairly well matched.
Diamonds predominantly appear G-I colour and SI clarity.
Sapphire appears a deep blue.
