A 19th century gold garnet and old-cut diamond cluster ring.
Garnet calculated weight 2.69cts, based on estimated dimensions of 10.6 by 8.2 by 3.9mms.
Estimated total diamond weight 1ct, G-K colour, SI clarity.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and small mounts.
Band resized, partially obscuring carat stamp.
Varied wear to the mounts, amy require attention.
Glue visible to some mounts.
One diamond deficent.
Diamonds appear bright and mostly moderately well matched with few toward the lower end of the colour range.
Two diamonds variusly chipped, few with slight abrasions/nibbles.
Garnet appears a deep, moderately purplish red. Large window effect.
Length of ring head 1.6cms.
