A 19th century foliate engraved gold and garnet heart locket. Length 3cms. 4.6gms.

Slight surface marks. Wear to the gilt finish.
Minor loss/damage to one of the thin sections of the circular cut out sides, another section slightly dented.
Garnets are in closed, presumed foil back settings and appear fairly bright, deep red and purplish red hues.
