Maker's mark possibly overstruck/worn, believed to read LAT.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
Ruby cabochon appears a fairly bright, deep medium moderately pinky red.
