A 9ct gold multi-gem brooch, designed as a donkey carrying a cart laden with various gems and swinging bucket, by Alabaster & Wilson.
Hallmarks for Birmingham, partially indistinct.
Length 4cms. 7.5gms.

Surface scratches and minor marks.
Gems include citrine, turquoise, garnet, amethyst, coral, blue and green gems.
Unable to test the blue and green transparent gems due to size and setting.
Coral untested for natural colour origin.
Coral appears a slightly pinkish white.
Wheels rotate freely.
