A 19th century 12ct gold mounted shell cameo brooch, carved to depict Nyx carrying Hypnos and Thanatos.

Surface scratches and minor marks. Slight discolouration.
Replacement clasp and base metal pin.
Electronically tests as approximately 12-13ct gold.
