Lot Description

An early 20th century 15ct gold amethyst and bouton pearl fringe necklace, with seed pearl spacers.

Central amethyst calculated weight 2.07cts, based on estimated dimensions of 12.4 by 7.3 by 4.3mms.
Marked 15 near clasp.
Length 44.4cms. 8.7gms.

Condition Report

Surface scratches and minor marks.
Replacement clasp and jump ring.
Stamped number 29203 to reverse of central drop.
Length of central drop 2.2cms.
Seed pearls untested for natural origin.
Seed pearls with varied lustre. Estimated maximum diameter 3.8mms.
Amethyst appear a well matched fairly bright, deep slgihtly pinkish purple.
