An early 20th century platinum and gold, independently rotating ruby and old-cut diamond concentric circles stickpin.

Surface scratches and minor marks.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
Rubies appear a well matched fairly bright medium deep moderately purplish red.
Minimal abrasions.
Slight glue to few mounts, few possible replacement rubies.
