A late Victorian silver and gold pearl and rose-cut diamond bee brooch, with ruby cabochon eyes.
Length 3.2cms. 4.1gms.
Pearl untested for natural origin.

Scratches and small marks. Varied discolouration.
One anntena repaired/restored.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Cut, size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate weight, colour and clarity assessment.
Two single-cut diamond replacements to the wings.
Pearl untested for natural origin.
Pearl appears slightly bouton, slightly creamy white, with fair gren and rose overtones. Slight surface marks.
Estimated diameter 4.1mms.
Rubies appear a fairly well matched purplish red.
