A Victorian gold opal, ruby, old-cut diamond and floral enamel brooch.
Opal calculated weight 1.75cts, based on estimated dimensions of 13.5 by 6 by 4.2mms.
Estimated total diamond weight 0.45ct, G-I colour, VS2-P1 clarity.
Length 2.8cms. 7.4gms.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and minor marks.
Replacement clasp.
Enamel with minor losses.
Opal very slightly loose in the mount.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Opal has a light white body colour with very good play of colour across a wide range of hues.
Rubies appear well matched with a medium slightly purplish red.

Electronically tests to main body as approximately 18ct gold.
