Lot Description
A late Victorian gold split and seed pearl floral fringe necklace, with similarly-designed detachable pendant drop.
Length of pendant 2.3cms. Length of necklace 42cms. 22.5gms.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and minor marks.
File marks and slight discolouration to the back of the clasp.
Seed pearls untested for natural origin.
Seed pearls are bouton shape.
Split pearls appear fairly well matched, varied discolouration.
One split pearl deficient to central floral motif of necklace.
Width at widest (excluding drop) 1.6cms.
Electronically tests to reverse of the clasp as approximately 14-15ct gold.
