Estimated old-cut diamond weight 4ct, principal diamond estimated J-K colour, VS clarity.

Hinged surmount fitting, doesn't click shut.Diamonds bright and lively.
Rock crystal with surface scratches and some shallow nicks.

Case has additional fitting for missing component.
