An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond ring.
With report 17711, dated 20th August 2019, from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, stating Sri Lanka/Madagascar, no evidence of heat treatment.
Sapphire weight 0.86ct.
Total diamond weight 0.20ct.
