A late Georgian gold citrine cluster brooch.
May be worn as a pendant.
Central citrine calculated weight 7.28cts, based on estimated dimensions of 13.6 by 7.4mms.
Diameter 4.8cms. 15.4gms.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and minor marks.
Discolouration/dirt at joins.
Surmount loop is later/repaired, slight soft solder visible.
Stated diameter does not include surmount loop, length 5.6cms.
Citrine appear a fairly well matched light medium to medium deep slightly brownish/orangish yellow. Central window effect.
Mostly minimal abrasions.
Electronically tests to mount as approximately 12-13ct gold.
Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns.
