A late Victorian silver and gold diamond snake brooch, with garnet eyes, suspending a pearl and diamond drop.
Estimated total diamond weight 1.35cts, G-J colour, VS2-P1 clarity.
Length 4.8cms. 7.2gms.
Pearl untested for natural origin.

Surface scratches and minor marks. General tarnish/discolouration.
Replacement clasp.
Glue visible to pearl mount.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.
Two diamonds with small chip/nick, another cracked in two with associated chip.
Pearl untested for natural origin.
Pearl appears a silvery white with strong rose and green overtones. Good lustre.
Estimated diameter 4.6mms.
Garnets are a well matched deep red.
