Lot Description
A 19th century gold spinning fob, comprising amethyst, chalcedony and bloodstone, engraved with monogram, a lyre and quill and thistles with motto 'Dinna Forget'.
Length 2.6cms. 5.3gms.

Condition Report
Surface scratches and minor marks.
General slight discolouration.
Chalcedony with minor frits to edge.
Amethyst shows general noticable abrasion. Monogram appears to read MN in Gothic letters.
Sections of the fob possibly gold cased.
Electronically tests as approximately 13ct gold.
