An early 20th century platinum and gold alternating graduated sapphire and old-cut diamond collet bar brooch.
Verbal from AnchorCert, stating Basaltic, one heated.
Central sapphire calculated weight 0.54ct, based on estimated dimensions of 5.2 by 2.5mms.
Estimated total diamond weight 1ct, G-I colour, VS-SI clarity.
Length 5.5cms. 5.3gms.

Pin slightly bent.
Diamonds appear bright and well matched.

Sapphires appear a well matched bright, deep blue. Slight window effects. Moderate facet-edge abrasion.
Electronically tests to reverse as approximately 12ct gold and platinum.
