Lot Alerts: How To Guide

By setting up lot alerts, you are telling us exactly what you are looking for. Our personal shopping service will make sure that you are the first to hear about it.

To set them up:

• Log in to your My Fellows account

• Navigate to Lot Alerts

• Tell us your interests by using keywords

Each time we upload a catalogue, we search for your keywords and email you lots matching your interests. Your personalised email will include images, lot descriptions and auction details.

• Use brand name i.e. Rolex
• Add the collection, model or range i.e. Alhambra or Happy Diamond
• Specify the designer i.e. Elsa Peretti
• Use the time period i.e. Victorian
• include the + symbol to use multiple terms in one search i.e. Elsa Peretti + Tiffany + heart

This service is optional and completely free to use.
