King enthroned facing, statesmen around; I ADVOCATE THIS BILL AS A MEASURE OF HUMANITY in exergue / Freed peoples celebrating around a palm tree; SLAVERY ABOLISHED BY GREAT BRITAIN 1832 in exergue. 23.44g, 41mm, 12h.
