A cased pair of early 20th century Mexican dressed fleas (or Pulgas Vestidas) dressed as a lady and gentleman, likely dressed as a bride and groom, contained in a small paper case and outer cover, the box approximately 7mm x 6mm x 4mm
It is believed these were gifted to the vendor by broadcaster and children's writer, Rhoda Power (1890-1957)
