Condition Report
The Victorian desk ink stand has general scratches, marks and tarnishing and general wear in keeping with the age and use. and overall would benefit from a clean and polish. There are a few deeper scratches and pits however nothing serious. One screw to the underside is missing, attaching the central candlestick, this has been replaced with a 'cap'. The corners to the silver mounts on the inkwell show a few bends. All parts are hallmarked, overall being clear and legible, although some wear particularly to the makers' marks. There is a fracture to the bottom corner of one of the glass inkwells - this is hidden by the silver mount of the stand.
