A George III silver snuff box hallmarked Matthew Lonwood Birmingham 1804, with reeded decoration and gilt interior. Length 2 inches (53mm), weight 1.55 ozt (48.15 grams).

Condition Report
The snuff box is in excellent condition considering the age and use. The box appears bright and clean with general scratches and marks. The gilding to the interior shows some general slight wear, but again appears bright and clean considering age. Visible remnants of old polish. When shut the lid rises slightly from the closed position. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
