Lot Description
A small selection of items to include a single flower vase with slightly tapered stem raised on a trumpet base with flared lip. Stamped STERLING, height measures 6 inches (15 cm), possibly filled base (SD). Together with a circular flat bottomed scent bottle with engraved and niello decoration and screw top metal insert, also stamped STERLING, height measuring 5.5 cm. Also a modern hollow silver rattle in the form of an elephant with attached ivorine teething ring. The elephant is hallmarked W H Collins & Co., Chester 1958, width measuring 1 3/4 inches (4.5 cm) Total gross weighable silver approximately 52 grams.

Condition Report
The single flower vase has five deep dints to the stem and slopes to one side by about 5mm. There are a patch of deep scratches to the base. A solder join is visible at the neck of the base. There are general wear and tear scratches ans some smaller dints to the whole of the piece.
The rattle is very tarnished with three noticeable dints to one side and one to the other. The solder joins are visible. The hallmark is tarnished and slightly rubbed but still legible. The teething ring has lots of nicks to the edges and surface scratches to the sides, some deeper than others. The jump link is not joined.
The perfume bottle has some wear and tear surface scratches with a few small deeper scratches around the neck.
