The overall condition is good, with minor surface scratches in keeping with general wear. The ring would benefit from a clean, and this would no doubt improve the brightness of the stones. The amethyst has abrasions to the facet edges. The diamonds are quite included. The claws may need some attention, the amethyst is a little loose. Ring size Q.
