Condition Report
The caster displays general wear commensurate with the age. There are light surface marks and scratches and part of the seam line to the main body is just visible. There are some minor nicks and dints, in particular to one side of the foot rim. There are contact marks and scratches to the inner rim of the detachable lid and it is also slightly misshapen. There is a possible repair to the top of the lid as there are some small cracks and slight discolouration in one area. The hallmarks to the main body are rubbed but still legible. The part hallmarks to the lid appear to be of a later date so it is unlikely to be original to the main body. There do appear to be two other marks but these are now completely distorted.
