Lot Description
A pair of modern plain silver candlesticks, each with a tapering stem leading to a stepped and spreading filled circular base. Hallmarked A T Cannon Ltd., Birmingham 1978. Height measuring 8 1/2 inches (21.5cm).

Condition Report
Both candlesticks display some general wear and surface marks and scratches. Some of these scratches are deeper and more noticeable. Both also have various nicks in the metal and some small dints, in particular around the rims, the base rim, nozzle rim, etc. Hallmarks and maker's marks around the base rim are clear and legible. There are also part hallmarks to the interior of the nozzle. The nozzle is not detachable.
