Condition Report
The vesta displays general wear commensurate with the age and use. There is some tarnishing and also some surface marks and scratches, these are more visible to the vacant cartouche. There is some wear to the embossed decoration but it is generally okay. The hinge is in good working order. The hallmarks are on the inner rim, they are slightly rubbed but still very clear and legible. The bow brooch has various marks and scratches and the pin is bent.
