Lot Description

An early 20th century silver novelty pin cushion, modelled as a fox in a running and leaping pose.  Hallmarked William Hutton & Sons Ltd., Sheffield 1927.  Maximum length measuring 9cm.

The pin cushion displays general wear and minor surface marks and scratches.  There is slight loss of detail to the fur in places but it appears to be in generally good condition.  There is a small nick in the fur on one of the ears and various other minor nicks all over. There is some deterioration to the cushion.  Hallmarks and maker's marks are very clear.
