Condition Report
The chalice displays general wear commensurate with the age and use with general scratches, marks and tarnishing. Noticeable wear to the gilding in areas. The base has become curved allowing the body to rock when placed on a flat surface. There are applied raised details to some of the cabochon set stones some minor holes have worn through these. A few dints also visible to the base and a more frequent pitting and scratches visible to the bowl. The hallmarks positioned to the underside are clear and legible with a little rubbing.
